**Anything
not clearly approved and defined in these rules will be illegal. Any modifications
not mentioned are not allowed. If you are unsure of the technical definition
of any rule, get it defined by an official. We do not want to disqualify
anyone, so verify anything you want to do if you are unsure. If a competitor
feels something on another competitor’s car is incorrect in some
way, he or she should notify the officials so the matter can be resolved.
All decisions made by officials concerning the legality of parts are final.
